Best K-12 Enrollment Marketing Agencies in 2026

Every list of school enrollment marketing agencies I have read was written by an agency that put itself first, or by a directory that ranks whoever pays. This one is different in 2 ways. Every fact below comes from the agency’s own website, checked in September 2026. And we are on the list, with a plain statement of what we do not do.

Use it to build a shortlist of 3. Then run the shortlist through the questions and scorecard in how schools should choose enrollment agencies.

Related: how schools should choose enrollment agencies | school marketing design | school branding strategy

Data: 75% of US parents considered, searched for, or enrolled in a new school last year, 41% of searchers used school websites, and public school enrollment is down 2.5% since 2019. Sources for all of it are on our School Branding & Enrollment Statistics 2026 page.

How we picked and scored

We only included companies that serve K-12 schools in the US and say so on their own site. We scored 5 jobs that a school marketing or enrollment leader usually needs covered:

  1. Creative campaigns and brand. Messaging, design, and the look of the campaign.
  2. Digital advertising for schools. Google, Meta, YouTube, and streaming ads.
  3. School email marketing. Nurture sequences, newsletters, automation.
  4. School social media marketing. Organic content and community management, not only paid social.
  5. Website and enrollment materials design. The site, landing pages, viewbooks, and print.

“Yes” means the company lists it as a service. “Partial” means it is inside another service or limited in scope. “No” means it is not on their site. Nobody paid to be here and nobody could pay to be moved.

Now the detail, in the same order.

Finalsite

What they do. Finalsite is best known for its school website platform, and it also runs an in-house marketing services team. That team lists “strategic marketing planning,” “brand messaging and positioning,” “email marketing campaigns,” “SEO audits and strategy,” “local SEO,” and “PPC and social media ads,” plus website redesigns and analytics work.

Who they serve. School districts, independent schools, international schools, charter schools, and Catholic schools. Their site names Indianapolis Public Schools, Clark County School District, and Metro Nashville Public Schools among district clients.

What stands out. One vendor for the website, mass notifications, enrollment management, and the campaigns that point at all of it. They cite more than 25 years in the market and 300+ design awards in the last 5 years.

Consider. The marketing team works best when you are also on their platform. If your website lives elsewhere, ask how they handle landing pages and tracking. Pricing is not published.

HQ. Glastonbury, Connecticut, with a UK office.

Truth Tree

What they do. Paid search and paid social for schools, with SEO, what they call Generative and Answer Engine Optimization for AI search, and email marketing. They run a reporting dashboard called EnrolLytics. Their site calls the package “all-in-one digital marketing services powered by a team who have worked in schools.”

Who they serve. Independent, private, charter, and boarding schools. Testimonials on the site come from Darlington School and University School of Milwaukee.

What stands out. An exclusive advertising partnership with Private School Review and Boarding School Review, which puts client schools in front of families already searching those directories. Google Partner and Facebook Marketing Partner status.

Consider. No website design or organic social management listed. Pricing is not published. Their contact number is a Maryland area code; the site does not state a city.

Kreative Webworks

What they do. SEO, pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing, and website development, plus branding, reviews management, and inbound marketing. Engagements start with what they call a Digital Marketing Blueprint.

Who they serve. “We specialize in marketing for private and charter schools. It’s not one of the things we do, it’s the only thing we’ve done for over two decades.” They also work with public districts and trade schools.

What stands out. Longevity. Founded in 1999 in Orange County, California. Case studies on the site claim a 56% enrollment increase in 12 months for Richard McKenna Online High School and more than 1,000 qualified leads for Albert Einstein Academies.

Consider. Pricing is quoted after a consultation. Email marketing sits inside their inbound offer rather than as a named service.

Spiral Marketing

What they do. Enrollment-focused paid media (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Bing), SEO and content, message and positioning work, landing pages and conversion systems, and CRM integration and reporting for private schools.

Who they serve. “Private and independent schools” nationwide: elementary through high school, faith-based and secular.

What stands out. A 90-day results frame and a free “7-Point Enrollment Marketing Analysis” that produces “a board-ready snapshot.” They claim schools see “20 to 40% more inquiries in the first 90 days.”

Consider. Private schools are one of 3 verticals alongside trade associations and B2B, so ask for the school-only reference list. Full website builds are not listed, landing pages are. Based in Arlington, Virginia.

Little Foxes Marketing

What they do. Paid digital advertising and SEO, managed for you, with “all creative for any campaign we manage, monthly strategy and reporting meetings, a live accessible dashboard, and an ad calendar.” They work as year-round partnerships or 2 to 4 month projects such as assessments and competitive analysis.

Who they serve. “Colleges, universities, and private schools ranging from preschool to high school, independent to Montessori.” Education only.

What stands out. The team says it has “sat in your seat” inside non-profit schools, and the site reads that way. Pricing is “customized based on your objectives, needs, and budget,” with an estimate after an intro call.

Consider. No email, website, or organic social services listed. The two testimonials on the site are anonymous (a Pennsylvania graduate school and a New Jersey independent school).

Elevate Education Marketing

What they do. Enrollment marketing built on “research driven, proprietary marketing strategy,” with social media, creative and graphic design, website and mobile app design, print advertising, and public relations.

Who they serve. Charter schools, private schools, and higher education.

What stands out. Charter network results. Their Blueprint Education case says “enrollments are up 42% year to date” with cost per student acquisition down 64%. Edkey Inc. uses them across seventeen K-12 schools.

Consider. Email marketing is not listed. Pricing is by custom proposal after a free 30-minute consultation. Their phone is a Phoenix, Arizona area code; the site does not state an address.

Charter Connect

What they do. Paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube, search engine optimization, website design, and an enrollment and lottery tool called Packed Class. Monthly reports come from Google Analytics, Search Console, and the ad platforms.

Who they serve. “Our sole focus is to use digital marketing best practices to grow enrollments for charter schools.” Private and independent schools also use them.

What stands out. A charter-only team that also solves the lottery and application step, so the ad traffic has somewhere clean to land. Their marketers “go through re-certification training in Google’s Skillshop on a yearly basis.”

Consider. No creative or brand work, no email, and the site does not publish an address, founding year, or pricing.

SchoolMint

What they do. SchoolMint is enrollment software first (application, lottery, registration, recruitment CRM). Its digital advertising service puts “professional designers, and creative copywriters” behind Facebook and Instagram campaigns that launch “in only two weeks,” and it hands schools families “ready to chat with you about their next steps” rather than raw leads.

Who they serve. Charter schools, charter networks, and districts. A Pacoima Charter School testimonial reports 31 interested families in the first month.

What stands out. Scale and pricing logic. The site cites “1K+ advertising campaigns run for schools,” “500K+ families reached through ads,” and “$3M+ of ad spend managed,” and says “most schools need to enroll just one new student to pay for the service.”

Consider. Ads are social-first; Google search is not the lead channel. Website work is a campaign microsite, not a full site. Exact pricing is not published.

Mission Minded

What they do. Brand strategy, messaging and tone, logo and visual identity, websites, campaigns, and marketing materials, with enrollment marketing and fundraising campaigns as named services. “When every school says the same thing, families tune out” is their pitch.

Who they serve. Independent schools, nonprofits, universities, and foundations. The Bay School of San Francisco case reports “two seasons of exceeding enrollment goals.”

What stands out. Brand and message come first, and the founding partners still lead the work. More than 20 years in business, founded in San Francisco with a Denver office.

Consider. Not a paid media shop. Pair them with an ads agency or an in-house team for the campaign itself.

Enrollment Catalyst

What they do. Coaching and consulting, not an outsourced marketing team. On-site and virtual coaching programs, a 5-survey research package (Net Promoter Score, parent satisfaction, exit surveys), a secret shopper review of your admissions journey, and an AI training program for enrollment teams.

Who they serve. Private, independent, and Christian schools. Results on the site include 14% growth at Christian Academy of Knoxville, 16% at Menaul School, and 50 added students at Ben Lippen School.

What stands out. Rick Newberry, Ph.D., runs it and does the coaching. If your admissions office needs a plan and accountability more than it needs vendors, this is the model.

Consider. Someone still has to build the website, run the ads, and design the materials. Based in Seminole, Florida.

Schola

What they do. Live family outreach: “calls, texts, and follow-through” by Schola’s team, a dedicated strategic advisor, real-time enrollment tracking, and a retention playbook. This is the bottom of the funnel that most agencies leave to your front office.

Who they serve. Charter and private schools; the site shows more than 100 partner logos including Aspire Public Schools and Legacy Traditional Schools, and cites “225K+ families” assisted and “98% parent satisfaction.”

What stands out. Humans following up on every inquiry. Pair it with any ads agency on this list and the leak between inquiry and tour closes.

Consider. No ads, creative, or website work. Plans exist but prices are not on the homepage.

Apptegy

What they do. A K-12 communications platform: content management and website builder, district mobile apps, mass notifications, two-way messaging, automated translation, and one-click publishing across channels.

Who they serve. Districts. The site states “5,273 districts have switched to Apptegy.”

What stands out. If your enrollment problem is that families cannot find or hear from you, this is infrastructure, not a campaign. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Consider. It is a platform with client service, not an agency. It will not write your ads or design your viewbook.

School Branding Agency (us)

What we do. School logos, mascot identity systems, brand guidelines, and enrollment materials design: viewbooks, signage, spirit wear, and the templates your team uses every week. We also design and build the matching mascot costume. We have worked with 250+ schools since 2010, and about 7 in 10 of them came to us to replace an identity that had stopped working.

Who we serve. Public, charter, and private K-12 schools and districts across the US.

What stands out. We do the part that every campaign on this list points at. A typical mascot logo project runs $1,500 to $3,000 and 2 to 4 weeks, which we publish because schools budget in the open.

What we do not do. Paid media, email automation, social management, or full website builds. If you need those, hire one of the agencies above and send them a finished brand. Most of our clients do exactly that.

Which one for which school

  • You want one vendor for site, comms, and campaigns. Finalsite.
  • You are an independent or boarding school buying paid search and social. Truth Tree, Spiral Marketing, or Little Foxes Marketing.
  • You are a charter school or network. Charter Connect, SchoolMint, or Elevate Education Marketing.
  • You are a charter or private school in the West with 20 years of references to check. Kreative Webworks.
  • Your brand and message are the problem. Mission Minded for the full story and site, or us for the identity and materials.
  • Your admissions office needs a plan and a coach, not a vendor. Enrollment Catalyst.
  • Inquiries come in and nobody calls them back. Schola.
  • Families cannot find your district online. Apptegy first, then a campaign.

What we checked, and who is missing

Every claim above was read on the company’s own site in September 2026. We did not use directory rankings or third-party reviews. Two agencies that show up in AI answers for this question, Enroll Media Group and Niche’s school marketing service, are not here because their pages could not be loaded and verified when we wrote this. If you run one of those and want to be included, send us your services page and we will add you on the next update.

If we got something wrong about your agency, tell us and we will fix it the same week.

Before you sign

Three references from schools like yours. A funnel diagnosis before a proposal. Reporting that ends at enrolled students, not clicks. If an agency on this list clears those 3 bars, the rest is chemistry. The full list of questions and the weighted scorecard are in how schools should choose enrollment agencies.

Trusted by school leaders

Mash and his team took the time to really understand our schools and our mission before starting any design work. The strategy sessions were extremely valuable and the final brand is something our whole network is proud of. Highly recommend.

We received strong concepts early on and the revisions we asked for were turned around quickly. Very happy with our new Panther identity, and the feedback from students and alumni has been great.

Rebranding a school with 100 years of history is not easy and there were a lot of opinions to manage. Mash was patient with us through the whole process and helped us reach a design everyone supported. We are very pleased with our new Pioneer identity.
