For indoor use, ask us about fabric certificates before you order.
If something is wrong with the build
Each inflatable comes with a repair kit. If a seam or the blower has a manufacturing defect and you tell us within 30 days of delivery, we'll repair or replace it.
Paying and paperwork
Paid in full to begin. ACH, wire or card (card adds 3%). We don't accept checks. Purchase orders are welcome; we send a quote on letterhead and a W-9.
Shipping is quoted separately.
Artwork: we only make mascots your school owns or has permission to use.

- No. This is a standing inflatable tunnel your team runs through. It isn't a costume or a suit.
- Do you take purchase orders?
- Yes. Purchase orders are welcome. We send a quote on letterhead and a W-9. Paid in full to begin, by ACH, wire, or card. We don't accept checks.
- Can we pay by card?
- Yes. A card adds 3%. ACH and wire don't. We don't accept checks.
- Can you use the design from our costume proposal?
- Yes. Send the proposal link and we'll use that artwork for the mockup.
- Can you make a college or pro team's mascot?
- No. We only make mascots your school owns or has permission to use.
- Can sponsors go on it?
- Yes. Sponsor panels are included. Your school sends the logos, and the layout is set in the mockup.
