How payment works
A costume is paid in full. That payment reserves your production slot and starts the build. We accept card, ACH, and wire. A purchase order is welcome as paperwork. The payment against it is still card, ACH, or wire, and we do not accept checks. Production starts when that payment clears. We send a W-9 and vendor forms on request.

How the head is shaped
A hand-carved head is worked from the render by eye. A machine-sculpted head is worked from the 3D model itself, so the brow, the muzzle, the eye set and the jaw line come out as close to the render as the process allows, and the two sides match closely. Both heads are finished by hand after sculpting.
Which one suits your character
Head shaping counts for most where the expression sits in a detailed face: a bulldog’s brow, a tiger’s muzzle, a bear’s cheeks, and any helmet, armor plate or human face. On a large, simple silhouette such as a bird, where the beak carries the character and the skull is a smooth dome, hand carving comes out close either way. The materials apply to every character.
Both builds are quoted for your school, so tell us the character and we will send both figures.

We specify breathable liners, vents, and cooling options tailored to your climate. Performers should take 20-minute breaks every 20-40 minutes of activity.
How long do mascot costumes last?
5-10 years with proper care. We provide detailed care instructions and storage recommendations. Budget 15-20% annually for maintenance and replacement parts.
Do you accept purchase orders?

How do you clean a mascot costume?

Do you offer repair services?
Yes. We coordinate repairs through our builder partners - re-foaming heads, replacing gloves and feet, refreshing airbrushing. Most repairs take 2-4 weeks.
What should performers wear underneath?
Moisture-wicking athletic clothing, athletic shoes, and a cooling vest for warm weather. Avoid cotton, which traps heat and moisture.
