Our complete mascot costume package starts at $3,000 plus shipping. That covers tweaking your current mascot design so it translates cleanly into a costume, a 3D production rendering approved by you before anything gets built, full custom construction with a sculpted head and complete body suit, and professional QC. Shipping is quoted separately based on your school's location, and there are no add-on charges for standard builds.

How payment works
Production is scheduled on full payment. That is how we hold your quoted price - your payment goes straight into materials and build time, not financing overhead. We accept school purchase orders and can invoice on your procurement schedule; production begins once the PO is funded. W-9 and vendor registration paperwork handled promptly.
Your deposit is protected
You approve the full-color concept before we build anything. If the direction is not right, we refund your deposit in full, so reserving your build slot is risk-free.

What to expect from render to costume
Renderings and finished costumes are extremely close. Physical fabrication also has realities a flat render does not show: fur direction, seam placement, and footwear versus paws.
We flag every one of these at the rendering stage, so there are no surprises at the crate. You always know what the finished costume will look like before we build it.

Questions about building from your logo
What file formats do you accept for our mascot logo?
We work best from vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or layered PDF) because they hold color and detail at any size. High-resolution PNG or JPG works too. If all you have is a small web image, send it anyway and we'll tell you what we can do.
What if our logo is low resolution?
We can still build from it. We rebuild the character as production-ready artwork and match it to your brand colors, so a low-resolution starting file does not limit the finished costume. We flag anything that needs a design decision at the rendering stage.
How do you make sure the costume matches our brand colors?
We work from your exact hex or Pantone values and show them in the concept sketches before construction. You approve the colors, and we match them in fabric and airbrushing during the build.
How does sizing and performer fit work?
We size the costume for a range of performers and provide fitting guidance so different people can wear it safely. Most school costumes fit performers from 5'4" to 6'2" with adjustable internal components.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We accept school purchase orders and invoice on your procurement schedule. Production begins once the PO is funded, and we handle W-9 and vendor registration paperwork promptly.
How long does it take?
Standard delivery is 8-12 weeks from design approval, with rush timelines available for homecoming and reveal deadlines.
