What a Complete Costume Package Costs
Adapted from a design you already have, Simple starts at $3,995 and Premium at $5,500, plus shipping. That covers tweaking your current mascot design so it translates cleanly into a costume, concept sketches you approve before anything gets built, full custom construction with a sculpted head and complete body suit, and professional QC. Shipping is quoted separately based on your school's location. The build is 8 to 12 weeks from design approval.
Need the character designed from scratch? That costume starts at $4,750 for Simple and $6,250 for Premium. The design is drawn for the costume, then built. A separate logo package is its own project on the pricing page.

What our $3,995 build includes

How payment works
A costume is paid in full. That payment reserves your production slot and starts the build. We accept card, ACH, and wire. A purchase order is welcome as paperwork. The payment against it is still card, ACH, or wire, and we do not accept checks. Production starts when that payment clears. We send a W-9 and vendor forms on request.
Your deposit is protected
You approve the full-color concept before we build anything. If the direction is not right, we refund your deposit in full, so reserving your build slot is risk-free.

Should we repair or replace our costume?
Worn gloves, feet, and loose seams are repairs. A collapsed head structure, dead foam, permanent odor, or a costume that no longer matches your current logo means replacement. Send us photos and we'll tell you honestly which one you need.
How much does a replacement costume cost?
A complete replacement starts at $3,995 plus shipping: we adapt your current mascot design to be costume-ready, share concept sketches you approve, then build the full costume and run QC.
How long does a replacement take?
Standard delivery is 8-12 weeks from design approval, with rush timelines available for homecoming and reveal deadlines.
